Sindh Infrastructure: the Multan–Sukkur Motorway (M-5) has been closed in several sections due to severe flood damage in South Punjab. The stretch between Sher Shah Multan Interchange and Uch Sharif Interchange is fully shut in both directions. Diversions have been setup, rerouting traffic to the National Highway (N-5):
- Travellers from Multan to Sukkur are diverted at Sha Shams Interchange.
- Those heading from Sukkur to Multan are redirected at Uch Sharif Interchange.
