Road access: limited road access in Port-au-Prince. All roads leading to the Departments are currently inaccessible due to the security situation. 

Air transport: the Port-au-Prince airport is closed, and national and international flights are still suspended. At Cap-Haïtien airport, the resumption of flights is scheduled for the end of March.

Port access: access to the port of Port-au-Prince is limited. The ports of Miragoane and Gonaïves are open, however, their activities are reduced due to the lack of connection with the port of Port-au-Prince.

Fuel access: most service stations are closed in metropolitan areas, leading to fuel scarcity.
