Humanitarian cargo to be imported only through El Arish Airport for the time being (source: reported by partners)

• Importation procedures:
  • Organizations will be consignee with recipient indicated as Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC)
  • Normal Documents shared with MoFA (expedited approval process in place), use 4KM form(issued by the MoFA) and include a cover letter which explicitly states donation for ERC.
    • Packing list
    • Proforma Invoice
    • Certificate of Analysis (only when applicable) 

*Additional documents might be required for specific types of cargo

• Item list, item quantity, expiry dates and storage requirements should be shared with ERC for their acceptance 
• All paperwork and approval license should be included when requesting landing permit (by whoever is organizing the flight)
• Upon arrival, ERC will manage handling, prioritization and movement of goods to Ismailia to consolidate (*note: Keep Cool capacity is currently stretched)
