The purpose of this document is to engage the Logistics Cluster for Somalia in an extensive planning and preparedness process to ensure its capacity and its capabilities to minimize impact to maintain logistics operations in Somalia. This paper also highlights the logistics relevance of Kenya for the Somalia operations and how he worsening of the post-election security situation in Kenya could adversely affect Somalia and equally other neighbouring Countries.
