HIGHLIGHTS:
- The fourth humanitarian relief convoy (Convoy 04) successfully delivered 426MT of food into the Vanni region.
- Convoy 04 departed on Monday 03rd November at 8:45 am and returned to the Hub on Tuesday 04th November at 15:40 pm.
- Although the initial plan was 29 trucks with 438 MT of Mixed food, but on the way to Omanthai one UN Truck broke down in Vavuniya town and return to HUB.
- No major security challenges were encountered during the trip.
