Executive Summary
- In September in ROS, 6,006 households were supported by the NFI Common Pipeline and 5,000 households were supported through parallel pipelines. All of the households were flood-affected in Khartoum State and supported through distributions conducted by CRS, SRCS and IPDO. In total, 61,036 items were distributed.
- The NFI & ES Sector component of the 2010 UN & Partners Work Plan is in its final stages of development. In total in North Sudan, the Sector expects to provide essential household items to 280,000 conflict- and disaster-affected households, including returnees, based on assessed needs.
