1. General Updates

• The entry of “dual-use” items is scheduled only for Wednesday at Kerem Shalom/Karem Abu Salem (KS/KAS) in the week commencing 5 July. Indications from authorities suggest that “dual-use” will only be authorised for entry once per week.
• The technical issue with the scanner at Ashdod was reportedly resolved on 2 July, and aid volumes were able to resume at normal rates.
• The Logistics Cluster has 14 warehouses in Gaza available for common services, with a total storage capacity of 18,500 square meters.
• Kerem Shalom/Karem Abu Salem (KS/KAS) Cargo Collection 
• The offloading schedule remains Sunday to Thursday, while Friday and Saturday are limited to uplift only.
• Since 4 July, medical evacuations have also been routed through the Philadelphi Corridor, contributing to significant congestion and delays for humanitarian convoys, as several actors are required to use the same narrow route.
• Access to the platform remains restricted to international staff, and advocacy efforts for national staff access are ongoing.
• The Cluster conducted a full physical inventory on 2 July, counting 2,516 pallets of humanitarian aid. The next physical inventory is planned for 7 July.

2. UN/INGO Upstream Truck Overview

• Between 1 and 30 June, a total of 2,984 trucks were manifested across all corridors, of which 27 percent were not able to offload. Overall, 2,172 trucks were successfully offloaded, with daily volumes varying and a maximum of 143 truck movements recorded on 16 June.
• From Egypt, between 1 and 30 June, 1,243 trucks were manifested and 652 were offloaded (52 percent), while a high rate of truck returns was also reported during the first week of July.
• For Jordan, 19 Back-to-Back (B2B) convoys facilitated with 324 trucks on behalf of five partners in June.
• Partners are requested to share their truck manifest weekly plans, to support advocacy with relevant authorities for increased slots and availability of the relevant authorities. Partners are required to submit their weekly tentative plan by Wednesday, and to subsequently submit the tentative daily plan by 10:00, with final manifest by 15:00.
• Partners are advised that “dangerous goods” and dual-use items require advance coordination, submission of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) documents, and a minimum two-week lead time for clearance processing; documentation issues have resulted in truck rejections.

3. Common Services Overview

• Between 1 and 30 June, the Logistics Cluster facilitated the collection of 8,010 pallets from Gaza crossing and received 7,218 pallets into Cluster warehouses across the Gaza Strip on behalf of 10 partners.
• To improve end-to-end tracking, partners are requested to confirm - based on the waybill - dispatch date and receipt status (received in good condition/damaged/lost) once cargo arrives at their warehouse.
• Depending on access and security conditions, the Logistics Cluster continues to facilitate both transport and storage services. Organisations are requested to submit a Service Request Form (SRF) minimum 72 hours in advance, to access common logistics services. Once a request is accepted, the provided SRF QR code must be printed and placed on all four sides of the pallets.

4. AOB

• Based on the feedback received during the Gaza meeting, it was agreed that the meeting will be held bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM.
• A Warehouse Management training is scheduled for 23 July 2026; interested partners have been asked to nominate two participants each, with a maximum of 25 participants per session.
• A meeting to discuss updating the common suppliers list is planned for 8 July to gather feedback from partners on the information and features that would be most useful to include in the updated list. Partners willing to participate are encouraged to reach out to the team to receive an invitation.
• The Logistics Cluster is compiling advocacy points and encourages partners to share key issues and recommendations via email at palestine.logcluster@wfp.org for consolidation and submission to relevant stakeholders, and presentation at a forthcoming meeting.
• Partners are encouraged to contribute to the consolidated supplier list, compiled by the Logistics Cluster team. The consolidated suppliers list may be requested by contacting palestine.logcluster@wfp.org. The input source will remain confidential as organisations’ names are removed from the shared file.
