1. General Updates

• The entry of “dual-use” items is scheduled for Wednesday at Kerem Shalom-Karem Abu Salem (KS/ KAS) in the week commencing 28 June.
• Due to military activity inside the Gaza Strip, the “orange” movement coordination line was updated and circulated on 23 June, mainly affecting Khan Younis.
• Due to the breakdown of the scanner at Ashdod crossing, humanitarian cargo flow into Gaza is reduced, and partners are facing increasing storage duration and costs. The Ashdod corridor had consistently delivered the largest share of aid to Gaza.
• The Logistics Cluster has 14 warehouses in Gaza available for common services, with a total storage capacity of 18,500 square meters.
• Kerem Shalom/Karem Abu Salem (KS/KAS) Cargo Collection 
• Offloading schedule remains Sunday to Thursday, while Friday and Saturday are limited to uplift only.
• The checkpoint procedure on the road between Al Rashid and Philadelphi remains in place since 1 June, causing significant convoy delays. Disruptions are caused by scheduling misalignment between the opening of the Philadelphi and the opening of the checkpoint, congestion due to high volumes of actors operating on a single narrow stretch and deteriorating road conditions which are under repair.
• Access to the platform remains restricted to international staff only.
• The Cluster conducted a full physical inventory on 27 June, counting 1,811 pallets of humanitarian aid. The next physical inventory is planned for 2 July.
• 2. UN/INGO Upstream Truck Overview
• Between 22 and 28 June, a total of 641 trucks were manifested across all corridors, of which 36 percent were not able to offload. Overall, 413 trucks were successfully offloaded, with daily volumes varying and a maximum of 140 truck movements recorded on 25 June.
• From Egypt, between 22 and 28 June, the offloading rate remained low (43 percent) as in previous weeks, as only 141 trucks offloaded against 336 manifested.
• Cargo volumes from Ashdod have been low since the reported breakdown of the scanner on 21 June.
• Partners are requested to share their truck manifest weekly plans, to support advocacy with relevant authorities for increased slots and availability of the relevant authorities specifically for the inspection of dual-use items. Partners are required to submit their weekly tentative plan by Wednesday, and to subsequently submit the tentative daily plan by 10:00, with final manifest by 15:00.

3. Common Services Overview

• Between 22 and 28 June, the Logistics Cluster facilitated the collection of 1,456 pallets from Gaza crossings and received 1,310 pallets into Cluster warehouses across the Gaza Strip on behalf of 9 partners.
• To improve end-to-end tracking, partners are requested to confirm - based on the waybill - dispatch date and receipt status (received in good condition/damaged/lost) once cargo arrives at their warehouse.
• Depending on access and security conditions, the Logistics Cluster continues to facilitate both transport and storage services. Organisations are requested to submit a Service Request Form (SRF) minimum 72 hours in advance, to access common logistics services. Once a request is accepted, the provided SRF QR code must be printed and placed on all four sides of the pallets.

4. Gaza Humanitarian Storage Capacity Survey

• The Logistics Cluster presented the results of the Gaza Humanitarian Storage Capacity Survey (second round of 2026); 27 organisations participated. The key findings are:
• 108 warehouses were reported overall with a total capacity of 205,218 square meters. Of these, 60 percent are operational and 40 percent non‑operational. 
• 97 warehouses were reported as operational at the time of the survey. 11 warehouses remain non‑operational, primarily due to both access constraints and infrastructure damage (79 percent), mirroring the previous survey round. 
• Operational storage capacity increased most notably in Deir Al Balah, Khan Younis, and North Gaza, while reductions were observed Gaza City. More warehouses are listed as non-operational in Deir al Balah and Khan Younis since the previous reporting.
• Many more partners indicated a need for storage during this round, while facilities for potential sharing are available across all governorates except Rafah. The Cluster can facilitate connections among partners for warehouse sharing purposes.

5. AOB

• A warehouse management training is planned in mid-July due to high demand; partners will be contacted to nominate two participants each, with a maximum of 25 participants in one session.
• Partners are encouraged to contribute to the consolidated supplier list, compiled by the Logistics Cluster team. The consolidated suppliers list may be requested by contacting palestine.logcluster@wfp.org. The input source will remain confidential as organisations’ names are removed from the shared file.
