1. General Updates

• The entry of “dual-use” items is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday at Kerem Shalom-Karem Abu Salem (KS/ KAS) in the week commencing 21 June.
• Due to an ongoing issue with the Ashdod scanner, since 21 June, the aid volumes through this corridor are very limited.
• The second round of the humanitarian storage capacity survey for Gaza was closed on 23 June.
• Kerem Shalom/Karem Abu Salem (KS/KAS) Cargo Collection 
• Offloading schedule remains Sunday to Thursday, while Friday and Saturday are limited to uplift only.
• The checkpoint procedure remains in place since 1 June, causing significant convoy delays.
• Access to the platform remains restricted to international staff only.
• A full physical inventory conducted on 20 June counted 1,215 pallets of humanitarian aid.
• Zikim Cargo Collection
• Zikim crossing will remain closed, with no uplift missions since 22 May.

2. UN/INGO Upstream Truck Overview

• Between 8 and 21 June, a total of 1,285 trucks were manifested across all corridors, of which 26 percent were not able to offload. Overall, 957 trucks were successfully offloaded, with daily volumes varying and a maximum of 143 truck movements recorded on 16 June.
• Between 8–21 June, the offloading rate at KS/KAS showed a slight improvement, reaching 60%, compared to 59% in the previous week.
• Partners are requested to share their truck manifest weekly plans, to support advocacy with relevant authorities for increased slots and availability of the relevant authorities specifically for the inspection of dual-use items. Partners are required to submit their weekly tentative plan by Wednesday, and to subsequently submit the tentative daily plan by 10:00, with final manifest by 15:00.

3. Common Services Overview

• Between 8 and 21 June, the Logistics Cluster facilitated the collection of 3,582 pallets from Gaza crossings and received 3,582 pallets into Cluster warehouses across the Gaza Strip on behalf of 10 partners.
• To improve end-to-end tracking, partners are requested to confirm - based on the waybill - dispatch date and receipt status (received in good condition/damaged/lost) once cargo arrives at their warehouse.
• Depending on access and security conditions, the Logistics Cluster continues to facilitate both transport and storage services. Organisations are requested to submit a Service Request Form (SRF) minimum 72 hours in advance, to access common logistics services. Once a request is accepted, the provided SRF QR code must be printed and placed on all four sides of the pallets.

4. AOB

• Partners are encouraged to contribute to the consolidated supplier list, compiled by the Logistics Cluster team. The consolidated suppliers list may be requested by contacting palestine.logcluster@wfp.org. The input source will remain confidential as organisations’ names are removed from the shared file.
