For reasons explained in the minutes it is proposed to deactivate the Logistics Cluster Kenya per April 3rd.
- WFP will continue to provide the free secondary transport and storage service until May 8th.
- After April 3rd, logistics coordination would be resumed as per the pre-crisis coordination system (either the IAWG Logistics subgroup on disaster preparedness or the WFP EMOP Cooperating Partners Coordination meeting).
- It is proposed that the logistics cluster can be reactivated as per the draft logistics contingency plan, as attached.
