1. All humanitarian actors requiring cargo movement should use the attached Cargo Movement Request form and send to UNJLC at lebanon.cargo@unjlc.org
2. All humanitarian actors are invited to share information on their relief cargo pipeline.
3. Any feedback/follow up on cargo movements can be addressed directly through UNJLC.
· Operational Update & Convoy Movement
- WFP received concurrences to move convoys for Zahleh, Tyre, Arrida and Damour today.
- UNICEF requested moving medical cargo to Sarafand and Saida.
- UNRWA requested to move cargo to Saida tomorrow.

· Ship Movement
- Update: 1 WFP vessel is expected to arrive from Turkey on 11 August, carrying wheat flour.
- Update: Roro ship is expected to arrive from Larnaca on 13 August.
- Oxfam to advise on the ETA and volume of their air freight bound for Lebanon via Larnaca.
- ICRC advised that they have a ship arriving to Beirut port on Friday.
· Fuel
- 247 drums of gasoline expected to arrive with Roro ship on 13 August.
- ICRC raised the issue that they had some problems obtaining tax and duty exemptions for fuel importations. WFP noted that they are going through the same procedures at present.
- It was suggested that UNJLC/WFP and HRC discuss the fuel issue with the Ministry of Energy.
