UNJLC has joined the Logistics Cluster in Tyre again. Paal Jannang will stay in Tyre for 1 week to enter all movement data into the new UNJLC JST access data base. Participants are kindly requested to send all delivery data to beneficiaries to jannang@online.no. After 1 week Paal will be replaced by Otto Bijleveld.
1) NGO Updates and Issues

Absent. However, they will have a discussion today with the Head of UNHCR delegation in Tyre to finalize their NFI request issue, pending since 4 September.
IOM:

IMC:
Nothing new to report
The logistics cluster passed a request to IMC from an NGO that would like to provide basics drugs and plastic bags to 4 prisons.
HWA:
They have submitted their CMR to deliver 173 food parcels (Ghanduriye and Froun). Deliveries will be done on the 21/09/06 as requested.
HWA Stock: 773 food parcels (20.09.06)
CARE int.
They need some community workers not drivers
They will procure NFI themselves as UNHCR does not have anymore stock
They will use the logistic cluster to transport their items down to Tyre (storage not confirmed yet)

2) Agencies Updates and Issues
UNHCR
Yesterday, all stocks were dispatched out of the 2 UNHCR rubb-halls in Tyre
They are still planning distribution for the next 2 weeks
They should submit additional CMRs to carry out the second batch of NFI distribution ex Tyre on the 21/09/06
They are expecting to receive some more NFI (7 trucks) from Beirut today
They are not in the position to provide anymore NFI besides diapers, napkins and underwear.
UNHCR will demobilize their rubb-halls by 9 October
