Based on the current dynamics of the emergency response organization, the low carbon study evaluates the carbon footprint of the different delivery modes and patterns for available stocks in the America/-Caribbean region according to the most likely disaster scenarios. This includes all activities relating to the pre-positioning, emergency operations and post-intervention restocking.
