Summary
The Global Logistics and Telecommunications Cluster is committed to verifying our intended impact and outcomes of all our projects. Our Field-Based Preparedness Project Impact Research Study demonstrates this commitment. Launched in September 2024 with our partners from CHORD (the Center for Humanitarian Logistics and Regional Development) - a joint collaboration between the Kühne Logistics University and HELP Logistics - we are pleased to present the final report. This impact study examines how the Field-Based Preparedness Project (FBPP) has strengthened locally owned logistics preparedness across Malawi, Bhutan, Peru, and Tanzania. The findings show that FBPP has helped governments and partners establish and strengthen coordination mechanisms, improve preparedness practices, and build more sustainable, nationally led systems for emergency preparedness and response.
