The INGC (Instituto Nacional de Gestao de Calamidades - Governmental Relief Institute) has published a memo listing the documents to be submitted to the INGC and the Customs Authority in order to have the relief items authorized for importation duties and taxes free. These are the following:
- Commercial Invoice
- Tranport Document
- Distribution Plan
- Donation Certificate
This set of document needs to be submitted at least 15 days in advance.
