ACTION ITEMS The Logistics Working Group (GTL) will carry out the following actions:
• Share the link to the Service Request Form (SRF) for requesting logistics services.

1. Situation Update and Logistics
Working Group Update• Situation Update:
 Roadblocks and disruptions persist on roads between La Paz and El Alto.
 Fuel shortages (long lines of vehicles) at gas stations for 2–3 days.
 Limited access to food, with significant price increases (meat, fresh produce).
 Shortages of fuel and medical supplies reported in La Paz (oxygen tanks, dialysis equipment, ETC).
 Humanitarian efforts to maintain medical services and supplies for the most vulnerable.
 Land
Routes o The main land routes between Santa Cruz and La Paz remain blocked (approximately 90 roadblocks reported).
o Some alternate land routes are being used for travel within La Paz and El Alto.
 Air Travel:
o International airports remain operational:
 El Alto International Airport (LPB).
 Viru Viru International Airport (VVI).
 Transportation:
o Some carriers have reported challenges due to fuel shortages and high fuel prices that are hindering their ability to provide services.
•    Logistics
Working Group  Logistics Working Group (GTL) activated in June 2026 with a focus on:
o Coordination.
o Information management.
o Logistics services (free of charge).
 Actions taken:
o Survey to understand demand and partner pipelines for airlifts.
o Meetings with various humanitarian actors to understand logistics gaps.
o Launch of a website for the Logistics Working Group and the LCA.
o Launch of the Logistics Services – Service Request Form (SRF) for humanitarian partners.
Requirements for Accessing Logistics
Services• Users must complete the Service Request Form (SRF).
•    SRFs must be completed at least 4 DAYS prior to the loading of the cargo at the consolidation warehouse/common warehouse.
• After submitting the SRF, the requester will receive an automated email at the provided address to verify and finalize the request.
2. Partner Update

• Several partners confirmed challenges regarding access and transportation to La Paz and El Alto.
• Several partners are in the process of assessing needs and potential response plans.
• The importance of coordinating with ministries to prioritize humanitarian supplies was discussed. 
• One of the partners expressed support by offering the use of a warehouse for food storage.

3. Other Business (AOB)
A presentation was given to explain the actions being taken by the GTL to implement specific activities in Bolivia, with the aim of:
• Promoting collaboration between humanitarian partners and government institutions for land and air cargo transport, prioritizing food, medical supplies, and essential goods to optimize delivery times.
•    Continuously update the Partner Database by incorporating a management system that facilitates its use and keeps the information current.
• Email list of the various organizations.
• WhatsApp group to add participants and notify them of upcoming meetings.
