The objective of this document is to provide additional guidance to partners and DG ECHO staff on how to apply the minimum environmental requirements and recommendations representing criteria partners need to address in a humanitarian response. DG ECHO partners were encouraged to apply them in 2022, in anticipation of them becoming mandatory as of 2023.
