Its response is anchored in four strategic pillars:

• Coordination & Inter Agency Advocacy – Driving collaboration and strategic engagement to strengthen preparedness and push for critical infrastructure investment.
• Information Management – Providing real-time logistics data and analysis to keep the humanitarian community agile and informed.
• Common Services – Enabling storage, air, road, and sea transport across Somalia and cross-border corridors to guarantee swift and cost-effective cargo movement.
• Preparedness & Capacity Building – Equipping partners with training and tools to reinforce collective readiness for sudden emergencies.

Together, these pillars form a resilient logistics backbone, anchored in Mogadishu, Baidoa, Beletweyne, and Dobley, and sustained by cross border lifelines from Kenya through Dobley, Elwak, Liboi, and Mandera, ensuring Somalia’s most vulnerable communities continue to receive lifesaving assistance.
