Looking at it from an environmental, social, and economic sustainability, Save the Children International is in the process of rolling out a Supplier Policy which includes commitments and expectations that suppliers are required to sign onto to bid for provision of goods and services.  Many supplier contexts can be challenging to implement and hold suppliers accountable, but to be compatible with upcoming donor minimum standards and in an effort to raise awareness with suppliers, policies are necessary to raise sustainability as an issue to suppliers.  As such, SCI shared an overview and initial developments of the Supplier Strategy.
